file with the Legislature, which must remain on the website

COMMENTS
Purpose . According to the author, the PUC's reports often go
unnoticed by the general public or interested stakeholders. This
bill is intended to provide more widespread public disclosure of
the various reports in an accessible manner, and also to provide
an easy way for the Legislature to monitor and track PUC's
compliance with reporting deadlines. The PUC indicates that it
currently posts some of its legislatively required reports on
its website.
